Vedant is a corporate lawyer with core practice in Start-up Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Finance and Transactional Law. He has pursued his BBA. LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune.

Vedant has an exposure in many fields of corporate law with some experience in NCLT matters, which gives him a unique insight to not only the commercial aspects of start-up advisory but also into the potential hardships that a start-up might face as it continues to grow.

While his experience has been varied, he has found comfort in the satisfaction and growth of the companies he works with, while simultaneously bring in a perspective of the ever-evolving society in order to create a holistic environment.

At Sarvaank Associates, he provides support to the team in advising clients, creating policies, drafting agreements including but not limited to Shareholder’s Agreement, Share Subscription Agreements, Power Purchase Agreement, Due diligence, etc. He also takes care of the daily compliances of companies and moulding the needs of the Investor into the everyday functioning of the companies.

An avid gamer who is also passionate about music, he can go hours on the topics that interests him.
