Ritika is a Graduate from Jammu University and pursuing her Company Secretary (CS) Course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) at professional level.

Ritika started her professional journey with Reliance Industries Limited. Her areas of interest are Corporate Law advisory, Securities Law, Insolvency Law, Corporate Commercial Transactions, Foreign Exchange Laws and Labour Laws.

Ritika has obtained exposure in managing Corporate Secretarial matters and preparing all statutory documents and compliance documents.

At Sarvaank, Ritika handles secretarial matters, assists in due diligence, fund-raising completion by way of private placement, preferential allotment, rights issue & handles other corporate law matters.
