Jayant Jindal holds a degree in B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Techno India University and has embarked on his journey as a Corporate Lawyer with Sarvaank Associates as an Associate.

Jayant’s areas of interests include Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law Advisory, and Private Equity/Venture Capital Transactions. He is deeply invested in understanding the business intricacies of corporate transactions alongside their legal frameworks, enabling him to provide well-rounded, strategic counsel. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive commercially viable legal solutions that align with their long-term objectives

Apart from law, Jayant has a passion for team sports such as Football, and Formula 1, which reflects in his work ethic.
