With over a decade of experience, Ishan specializes in general corporate and commercial practice, with a specific focus on Technology and Media Laws. He currently serves as Counsel – Technology Law at Sarvaank Associates.

Ishan’s practice centers on structuring the development and marketing of IT/ITeS solutions and associated intellectual property, navigating complex legal and licensing frameworks for the development of technology using clean, ethical, and emerging technologies. He has extensive experience in intellectual property enforcement, negotiating transactions for the commercialization of IP and bespoke services, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and cross-border legal complexities.

Prior to this role, Ishan served as Associate Senior Legal Counsel at Adobe and Associate Corporate Counsel at Wipro Limited, experiences that equipped him with a global legal perspective. In these capacities, he supported businesses across regions including the Americas, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
