Harsh is a Law Graduate and pursuing his Company Secretary (CS) Course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) at professional level.

Harsh has started his professional journey with Sarvaank as Junior Associate. His areas of interest are Corporate Law advisory, Corporate Commercial Transactions, Foreign Exchange Laws and Labour Laws.

Harsh has obtained exposure in managing Corporate Secretarial matters, liaising with government authorities, preparing all statutory documents, obtaining various licenses and registrations under the applicable regulatory bodies.

At Sarvaank, Harsh handles secretarial matters, assists in due diligence, fund-raising completion by way of private placement, preferential allotment, rights issue & handles other corporate law matters. He is also a key point of contact for labour law compliances. Further, Harsh also resolves clients’ grievances on priority basis with their specific business requirements in efficient manner.

Besides work, he loves to watch movies, read books, play chess and is always excited to explore new adventurous places.
